About the Program
Institute of Industry Management presents a unique program for training executives for development, investment & construction and management companies in real estate area. The program has been on the market for over 10 years. All disciplines are practice-oriented and aimed at solving relevant managerial and professional issues.
The program is implemented in two modes of study: full-time and modular. Breakdown of payment is possible on both full-time and modular modes.
You will learn:

to keep a development project on track at all stages;

to organize an effective team work to manage a development project;

to carry out investment analysis in development – to make financial decisions about the property purchase, sale or disposal;

to conduct marketing analysis and sale residential and commercial real estate;

to provide a full cycle of property technical operation on the side of a management company and to work with tenants;

to provide legal support in the implementation of a development project (in case of legal educational background);

to solve legal issues in real estate management;

to develop a marketing strategy for a development company;

to build a real estate portfolio and to manage it effectively;

to run your own real estate business.
Schedule of classes:

Full-time mode. 2 weekdays (19h00-22h00), Saturday (10h40-17h45). Classes on weekdays are held on Prechistenka campus.

Modular mode. 12 days (10h00-20h00) once a quarter, 6 full-time modules in total.

Diploma
Graduates of the program are awarded the RANEPA diploma in professional retraining with qualification of “Master of Business Administration” and specialization in “Real Estate Management”.

Enrollment prerequisites and procedure
- The program is designed for real estate executives with at least 3 years of professional experience in leadership positions. Applicants must have a state diploma or a nostrified diploma on higher education.
